
UEFA earned revenues of 4.55 billion euros, money of which is mostly from the Champions League, but according to the financial report that will be adopted by the Congress in Lisbon next month, the European headquarters is also due to the Conference League and the women’s Champions League, which for the first time exceeded limit of 15 million euros of income.
These financial results are not a surprise, because from year to year the earnings of the two leading football organizations are increasing more and more, and FIFA recently announced a record over 7 billion dollars in revenue from last year, mostly due to the World Cup in Qatar, with the announcement that already in 2026 next year the revenues will reach a dizzying 11 billion “green banknotes”.
