Russian tennis player Andrey Rublyov was disqualified in the semifinals of the ATP tournament in Dubai.

This happened at the end of the third set in the duel with Aleksandar Bublik, with a score of 1-1 in sets and 6-5 for Rublyov. The reason for the disqualification was insults uttered in Russian after the tennis player had remarks on a line judge’s decision. Because of that, he got in his face and started yelling at him, and the other linesman, who knew Russian, signaled that Rublyov was insulting, i.e. cursing.
