According to the World Wrestling Federation website, Datunashvili was found guilty of violating doping rules on November 26th.

He allegedly interfered with the urine control sample on January 6, 2022, and interfered with the control process, for which he was suspended for five years by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and all his results from May 2021 to April 2023 were erased.

Datunashvili has appealed this decision, after which it will be known whether he will keep his medals or not.

If found guilty, Datunashvili will be stripped of his bronze medal from the Tokyo Olympics and two world gold medals from Oslo in 2021 and Belgrade a year later.
