The former world’s best tennis player Rafael Nadal will return to the courts in mid-February.

Due to injury, he did not play at the Australian Open after previously making an infamous comeback in Brisbane. His coach Carlos Moya announces that Nadal is slowly reaching the desired form and will be ready for what comes next.

“The injury he had was not very serious, but enough to keep him from playing in Melbourne, which was one of his big goals. “We made the calendar in order not to change surfaces, and therefore he will play in Qatar, and then in the United States,” said Moja.

The first tournament that Nadal will compete in is the one in Doha on a concrete surface starting on February 19. Immediately after that, he travels to the USA where he will participate in the Masters in Indian Wells and in Miami.
