The election was organized for the 66th time by the Polish National Agency (PAP), and the Serbian won 178 points, which were enough to receive the award.

The second place went to Max Verstappen from Formula 1 with 150 points, while the third position was reserved for the athlete Armando Duplanis with 86 points.

Erling Haaland from Manchester City, who won 80 points, as well as Denver Nuggets’ basketball player, Nikola Jokic, who got 74 points, are also in the top-5.
