The match was marked by several important moments, primarily because Djokovic managed to come back after a set and a break behind him, but also because of the moment when he felt extremely bad on the court. At one point, the Serbian even asked for a medical time-out, as well as to change his clothes because he was simply boiling on the hottest day of the tournament. The extreme heat and high humidity required him to cool off somehow, and indeed he experienced what is often characterized as heat stroke. Djokovic looked like he was shaking for a few moments while refreshing himself with ice and cold towels, and eventually managed to get up.
