Molly O’Callaghan is practically breaking a record for the second time, after she broke one with her colleagues from the Australian relay (4×100 freestyle) on Sunday. She was now the fastest in the 200m freestyle, crossing the finish line in 1:52.85, which is 13 hundredths faster than the previous best time in history, set by Italy’s Federica Pellegrini 13 years ago. Ariarne Titmus, also from Australia, finished second and Canada’s Summer McIntosh took bronze.
