Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic did not perform in Spain due to an elbow injury, which bothered him in Monte Carlo, but despite this he will remain first on the ATP list.

Djokovic started his 385th week on the throne of the ATP list with 7,135 points and when the Masters in Madrid ends, he will have 6,775 points.

For now, it is not known just how many points will remain before Carlos Alcaraz, who defends the title in Madrid, and if he loses, it means that the difference between the two tennis players will increase.

In the latest ranking, which was published today, Djokovic has 7,135 points, Alcaraz follows with 6,770 points, and Danil Medvedev is third with 5,240 points.
