The Crimean bridge, which for Russia has not only strategic, but also symbolic value, was hit last Saturday by an explosion that Moscow claims was caused by a truck bomb. The Russians claim that three people died in the explosion and blamed Ukraine for the attack, saying it was a “terrorist act”.
