Addressing journalists after today’s meetings with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Lajcak and Escobar stated that they received assurances from Pristina and Belgrade that there would be no violence on September 1, when the decision of the Government of Kosovo comes into force. for reciprocity towards Serbia regarding travel documents and registration plates.

The American diplomat said that he expects specific proposals from both sides to find a solution to the problem.
