Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich, the boss of Chelsea in London, became Portuguese after receiving citizenship of this country, and now, in addition to Russian and Israeli passports, he also gets a third.
The number of asylum applications in Portugal has risen in the last two years since Spain repealed the law in 2019.
