The Organizing Committee of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games has announced that the opening ceremony will not take place at the stadium as it has so far. 

The French are preparing a special spectacle on the river Seine through Paris. Large stands will be set up along the river in order for as many people as possible to attend the opening of the Games.
