The football world experienced a real earthquake a few months ago when 12 European giants rebelled against the European Football Association (UEFA) and decided to create a European Super League, but thanks to the quick reaction of UEFA that competition was stopped. 

Many of the teams left the competition, while Juventus, Barcelona and Real Madrid do not give up the Super League, and now another option has appeared that will give UEFA headaches.

Napoli boss Aurelio De Laurentiis has said he is working on a € 10 billion project that should help all clubs have financial stability.
